2 Tangled Pears Zentangle with watercolor washes

My DH doesn't like it when I throw out any paintings, so when he took out the recycling the other day he came back into the house with 3 that   I didn't think were really up to par. He asked me if I could tangle up these paintings. ** actually it was more of doodle wiggling his finger - saying can you do that to that. ;) ** LOL So this is what I can up with. It is WAY better than the original painting. :) Hope you enjoy Tammy

Kilroy Abstract Tangle

Good Morning Everyone. The mother-in-law is gone now and I have a few days before my BFF is here so I thought I would get some work done. This is a 9 * 12 abstract tangle featuring Kilroy. It was done in an assortment of Micron Pens on 105 gms AF paper. Click Here For Auction! Hope you enjoy!

A couple of new tangles

Have been feeling a little under the weather this week so I havent made it to the table to paint. Instead it has been a case of curling up with the kids on the pull out and watching movies and tangling. Hope you enjoy the newest additions. Tammy

Red Eyed Tree Frog - Acrylic and Watercolor

**SOLD Over the weekend Artist Network was offering their free video weekend. In light of recent events I havent been much in the creative mood so this was a little kick start in the creative department. Inspired by Karlyn Holman, Watercolor without Boundries, this little tree frog aceo was created using a toothpick to paint in the black acrylic and traditional brush painting for the watercolor portions. Hope this inspires you to try something new.

Peace, love and Happiness

The way's of life

Full Sheet 22 * 30 in Mixed Media acrylic over a watercolor underpainting on 140 lb CP This is my first full sheet painting and it couldn't have been completed at a better time as I have just found out that my mentor/ teacher and friend has lost her battle with Cancer. I am hoping that she finds peace now. So I am dedicating this painting in her memory.

Self Portrait - Bird Brain

When this doodle was done my husband asked if it was a family portrait.. LOL I guess it is right down to mommy's scowl.. HMMM Definatly my subconcious playing with me.
